Work found on a visit is quoted first and done only when you approve it.
Vendor coordination
We schedule your pool, lawn, pest, cleaning and AC companies, let them in, check the work and post an update to your account. Vendor invoices and receipts are kept with your home.
Project coordination
For bigger jobs we gather quotes, line up the trades, meet them on site and keep the project moving. Changes to the scope go to you as a change order to sign online, with the price on it.
Estate management
A standing plan for larger homes that covers home watch, vendors, projects and arrivals, customized around how you use the house.
Multi-family property management
Upkeep, inspections and vendor management for duplexes and small multi-family properties, with reports for the owner after each visit.
